At Fluent Ritual, we want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us.
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable journals and planners
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods
We also do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused wear and tear.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return request, we require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Items with visible signs of use

Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and discounted products are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us through our website contact page with your order details and photos of the issue.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads, printable journals, planners, PDFs, and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, refunds may be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
